[SDL] Minimal supported android version

Same for me. It doesn't work until I specified <uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="12" /> in AndroidManifest.xml. So special check
"if(Build.VERSION.SDK_INT >= 12) {" in SDLActivity.java seems to be
not working :(
