[SDL] Touch reporting half coordinates in iOS retina displays?

I once read Apple does that for old apps since a newer iphone introduced a doubled screen res and they wanted old apps to work.
If SDL is supposed to hide this or not and whether this is the actual source of your problem is beyond my knowledge, maybe someone else can tell more.
