Hi, I get a few messages when I test some keys on my laptop.
The first is when I hit the ^ key (just right of P, left of $) on my French
keyboard. Message is :
The key you just pressed is not recognized by SDL. To help get this fixed,
please report this to the SDL mailing list <sdl at libsdl.org> X11 KeyCode 0
(-8), X11 KeySym 0x0 ((null)).
This key's a dead key, used for ê and ë characters. I'll investigate more
tomorrow on my desktop with multiple OS if needed.
The second is when I hit the "browser" multimedia key
The key you just pressed is not recognized by SDL. To help get this fixed,
please report this to the SDL mailing list <sdl at libsdl.org> X11 KeyCode 156
(148), X11 KeySym 0x1008FF41 (XF86Launch1)
Laptop's an acer travelmate 5730 with french keyboard, running ubuntu 10.04
LTS.
I don't really need a fix for this, just sending feedback, least I can do
for such great software.
But if there's a way to deactivate the message without recompiling SDL I'll
take it.
