[SDL] New Guy, 0x000007b Error on Run.

I tried the 32 bit version for SDL, and it worked fine.  I'm not quite sure why.

In any event, my problems are solved in a way, if anyone come across this and can explain to me why 64 bit didn't work and 32 bit does, instead, work I would appreciate it.  Otherwise, thanks for taking the time to read my post.
