[SDL] SDL 1.3 status ?

Exactly, SDL should sit under those frameworks, but can't, because SDL 
feature set is missing some useful stuff.

For instance, Popcap framework supports rotated blitting etc ;)
(I intend to port Popcap to SDL 1.3, btw)
