[SDL] SDL 1.3 status ?

I dont see why those libaries can't cohexist. I remember having two versions
of libpng a while ago. sdl-config12 and sdl-config13 may be the way to make
this come true. And as other said, a multitude of software wont be ported to
SDL 1.3, so SDL 1.2 need to be installed along with 1.3;
