[SDL] Gui for 1.3?

i have made a mini GUI bits and bobs thingy, its mainly just buttons and a
slider bar capabilities, my intention to make just that, a simple basic
widget thingy, but it did get a little complicated and weired, but should be
realtivley easy to figure out what is going on, i'd hope.

i would like to improve it slightly and release it as a simple widgets
system to supplement SDL

called sdlmw for sow for SDL Mini Widgets, the code is half arsedly
commented, its just about in a fit state, i thought id post it here see if
you guys were interested in using it/ improving it, if so i can get it a
proper repository somewhere.
