[SDL] How to install SDL on Symbian 5th Edition

Hi all, 
 
does anyone know how to install SDL for symbian 5th Edition, i tried and follow these steps..
Step 1:  I downloaded the files from here .. SDL-1.2.13.zip  and save it to the SDK root directory.
C:\S60\devices\S60_5th_Edition_SDK_v0.9....and then i extracted the files in this same directory.
 
Step 2: Folder SDL-1.2.13  was created after extraction. I opened this folder and found README.Symbian , where it is mentioned to extract symbian.zip folder here, which i did. 
 
Step 3:  Then I imported the symbian project bld.inf from C:\S60\devices\S60_5th_Edition_SDK_v0.9\SDL-1.2.13\symbian using carbide and build it. 
The following files were created successfully sdlexe.dll, sdl.dll, sdlmain.lib, sdlexe.lib, sdl.lib under the directory  …\epoc32\release\winscw\udeb
Step 4: Then I opened C:\S60\devices\S60_5th_Edition_SDK_v0.9\SDL-1.2.13\symbian\test , and ran maketest_symbianc.bat to make the symbian test cases.
Step 5: Then I imported bld.inf from C:\S60\devices\S60_5th_Edition_SDK_v0.9\SDL-1.2.13\symbian\test\test (testwin.mmp ), and build it and run it, the emulator crashed with the following message 
Thread testwin::testwin Panic CONE 28
I tried to import other test cases also but the result is same. Anyone can help me regarding this??
