[SDL] SDL 1.3 Windows Solution

I agree. Add a VS2008 project/directory if you must, but please don't
remove the VS2005 one to do it. VS2008 gains me nothing in terms of
actual usable improvements, and has a noticeable cost (relearning IDE,
etc).
