[SDL] History of SDL

Nah, not really, just would like a single source that will allow me to 
*ahem* efficiently make one nice, neat reference in my blurb. LOL.

If I think of anything, I'll let you know. I'll probably post or send to 
you what I write, so that it can be checked for accuracy.
