[SDL] SDL blanks out screen when running SDL testoverlay

Yes, Sam Lantinga mailed back that there is a workaround in the SDL 1.2.13.
Maybe just try again the SDL 1.2.13.tar.gz from the SDL page now, if this
does not work, try the latest SDL SVN version and see if that works.
