[SDL] SDL displays screen when running testoverlay

Even though the *.tgz file is labeled as 1.2.13.tgz, the library
generated is 1.2.so.0.11.2

There's a workaround for Intel integrated graphics and YUV overlays in
the SDL 1.2.13 code.  Which version of SDL are you working with?
