[SDL] sdl-image and sdl-ttf in CodeBlocks

As a CodeBlocks user myself, if you have the source then it's easiest to
simply do a configure && make in msys.  Otherwise, if you simply want to use
them, get the package that has the pre-compiled library files and headers,
and add them you your linker settings like any other library.
