[SDL] Fullscreen vs window oddities with mouse cursor

I can't agree with you there.  If bugs with that corner case "are to be expected," then they ought to be anticipated and averted, so you don't end up with a bug with that corner case.  Anyone here know enough about how it works to patch the thing?
