[SDL] SDL_net: Is mine broken?

Hey,
I've had problems when linking to SDL_net.lib before, but it went through this time. I replaced my lib and dll with the Win32 VC8 devel files, but the same effect occurs: host = 0. I should be able to connect to myself by my IP address, right?
