[SDL] SDL_LOADWAV (Out Of Memory)

Hello, I'm testing SDL_LOADWAV function, and this function returns Out of Memory message error for the file in attachment. In Winamp player, and other players for Linux and Windows, plays file correctly. Please help me with this problem. Best Regards,Flávio.
