[SDL] Compiling SDL 1.3 SVN framework for Mac OS X

Sorry. I'm one of the few people that touch the Xcode projects and I
don't keep up with the day-to-day work in SVN. The last time I updated
the 1.3 projects was maybe 6 months ago. I'll try to look at this
again soon, but if you don't want to wait, you're always free to fix
it up yourself and submit back the changes.
