[SDL] attempting to test / use / build SDL 1.3 ~ SDL_mixer svn

Hi, i just got SDL1.3 from svn, configured compiled installed no problems..

now i went to get SDL_mixer from sdl, configure, cant find SDL >= 1.2.10

for now i am just going to apt-get mixer development stuff and see what happens,
failing that apt-get sdl development stull, then re install sdl 1.3

sounds like i'm turning my SDL install into a big pile of spaghetti already ;)
