[SDL] SDL_Net NG, i mean, IPv6

Hey SDL'ers,

This is a heads up regarding SDL_net and IPv6 support. I don't really
have time to do it right now... more like I don't have the money.
However I do think it's possible and I'm open to any suggestions or
criticism about it, if you have any.  The full thought is written on a
