[SDL] SDL cursor

Well, that's what I thought, but it seems not to be the case. My touchscreen just seems to stop responding when the cursor is hidden.

I'm now going to make a transparent cursor to bodge a way around...

Using SDL_ShowCursor(0) you can hide the cursor but it's not disabled,
you can still use it.
