Hi.
A while back i started a re-write of crazeeman.. after failing to make following
ghosts work, i kinda gave up and started on a different project.. which is going
well..
i can be pretty sure i am not going to bother with this code again, at least not
for a loooong time. so i thought i'd put it out see if any of you lot wanted to
finish it off.
i did try and set up an svn server, but have failed, i'm a bit scared cos i dont
want to totally bork the server / leave it open to nasty users so the source is
supplied as httpable zip
the source makes little sence and has little or no commentation.. this is part
of the fun of sorting out my code after not looking at it for ages / ever ;)
a summary of the game - 8 way isometic pacman clone, it decided if you can move
using an array that sits along with the graphics.. each diamon on the screen
has an area of the 'walk around' array, that is defined by the level designer.
anyway, if you are really brave enough your gonna have to figure all that out,
my explanations will probably just confuse you.
so there you go.. i hope someone can volunteer to make this game finished /
playable, anyone with a passion for pacman should enjoy it!
in the zip there is a level designer that sets the graphics and the walking
areas array, which no longer seems to make levels for the game properly.
basically if you are thinking of taking this on i should give up now why you
still have your sanity.. there are reasons it is called crazeeman.
the code is derived from one of my first pieces of c code about 5-6 years ago..
so good luck and god speed
