[SDL] Cut and Paste in SDL

Hi,
I personally don't see the purpose of supporting
cut and paste in a multimedia library.
It seems that the only reason is for people using
SDL as a base for a windowing library, and for
that I would support an extra library.
After that is why we have so much SDL_* libraries.
