[SDL] Cut and Paste in SDL

Hi,

I personally don't see the purpose of supporting
cut and paste in a multimedia library.

It seems that the only reason is for people using
SDL as a base for a windowing library, and for
that I would support an extra library.

After that is why we have so much SDL_* libraries.

Cheers,
Paulo
