[SDL] why not use a bbs instead of the mail list.

I'd agree if there was an official SDL forum, and we can keep with the
mailing list too. There are lots of projects which have both so why this
important one doesn't? I mean, we're in the 2007 man, terminal-like BBS are
almost dead... mailing lists can be something really good for some but
forums are also good for others (and I find it rather more user-friendly
than a mailing list... to say something, I haven't found the "search"
function as of yet =/ since I joined (about some months ago) ). Why to keep
with only one? let's keep both... sounds like a better idea. Besides, a
forum alongside the mailing list should be seen as an improvement, and not
as a replacement for what it already exists (unless, of course, the owner(s)
(?) want(s) to replace it).
