[SDL] Where do I download SDL_gui?

Hi,

I want to have a GUI in my SDL app, and I found a reference to a library called
SDL_gui in the Loki book: "Programming Linux Games." Unfortunately, I get a
"page not found error" when I go to the site that Google brings up. I'm
wondering how to obtain a copy of the SDL_gui library so I don't have to
reinvent the wheel.

So, where can I download SDL_gui? Thanks.
