[SDL] SDL and AffineTransform

Hello,

I face a problem regarding SDL and AffineTransform. I need to apply an
AffineTransform to a SDL surface and I wonder if there are third part
SDL libraries which allow such facilities ?
I know some interesting libraries like SDL_GFX or SGE but none can
take a matrix as an argument, so I will have to factorize my matrix in
several matrix to determine things like rotation angle, zoom and or
translation parameters which is far from being optimal.
