[SDL] VC6 broken

That's correct, they're for Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1.
I've added VC6 libraries to the SDL download page, and clarified that
Service Pack 1 is needed for the VC8 libraries.

BTW, if someone wants to fix it themselves, all they have to do is
take the SDL source and build SDLmain.lib under VC++ 6.0
