[SDL] [patch] drop inline keyword from gcc BlitRGBtoRGBPixelAlphaMMX3DNOW

none of the other BlitRGBtoRGBPixel functions are declared as inline, so not 
much point in doing that here either ...

my ulterior motive though is that this inline causes linking problems on 
Gentoo on a few systems ... i havent been able to figure out the exact 
troubles here (as i cannot reproduce the bug), but dropping inline resolves 
the issue for these users who are experiencing the problem ...
