Hi Jefff

I've built your program but:

(a) students will have to run it from command line (which isn't how  
mac people usually run programs)
(b) it doesn't seem to work

i can't select menu items (File Help etc) and i managed to hang it by  
just clicking all over. when it hangs the only way to kill it is with  
alt+apple+esc.
