[SDL] BUG: SDL_mixer 1.2.5 unable to load .ogg as music?

I have the same problem as well -- access violation when trying to load 
ogg as music. One thing I noticed is that the included vorbis.dll seems 
to have been built in debug mode (it's a meg in size).
