[SDL] Status of WinCE port

Hi,

GAPI and WinDib drivers work perfectly.
It supports old and modern devices. It supports VGA and landscape
mode.

Except that the latest CVS commits several days ago have broken
WinCE support. So now I'm preparing yet another WinCE patch that
fix some final things before release SDL 1.2.9. I suppose it will be
available in a few days.

Now you can use precompiled binaries from CVS, download it here:

So feel free to test it and report your comments.
