[SDL] Documentation Wiki for SDL_SetError broken

I was looking through the Wiki API documentation at

http://www.libsdl.org/cgi/docwiki.cgi/SDL_20API?action=show

and noticed that the link for SDL_SetError is broken. A quick look at the
Wiki page in edit mode makes me think that the link is ok but that the
actual page is missing (or perhaps misnamed).
