[SDL] x86 asm blitters, win32/MSVC?

I stand corrected, I just checked ISO 14882:2003, and it IS in there,
but it's just:

   asm ( string-literal )

And it's behaviour and syntax is completely implementation
defined...which makes it basically non-standard.  :)

But, yeah, you're right, there IS an "asm" keyword in the latest
official C++ spec. Apologies for misinformation.
