[SDL] Outstanding patches?

I'd like to sort through the patches people have posted/emailed that 
never made it into CVS.

If you've got a patch that never made it into SDL proper, could you 
email it to me off-list? After I sort through them, I'll pass them 
through Sam for the appropriate vetos where necessary, but right now I 
get the impression that there's a lot of good code that's getting 
dropped on the floor by accident.
