[SDL] Mix_OpenAudio: No available audio device

Is your user in the "audio" group?

e.g., on my box (a Debian/Testing system), I see this in /etc/group

  audio:x:29:kendrick,guest


If so, perhaps some other application is holding /dev/sequencer open.
Try running "lsof /dev/sequencer" to see what process...
