[SDL] Error Compiling library

Hello I am a beginner working with SDL, recently download the version 1.2.8
and when I try to compile it with Borland C++ Builder he gives me an error  
[C++ Error] SDL_dibevents.c(189): E2342 Type mismatch in parameter
'lpPrevWndFunc' (wanted 'int (__stdcall *)()', got 'long (__stdcall
*)(void *,unsigned int,unsigned int,long)')
