[SDL] SDL 1.2.7 - which mouse sends an event?

Hello,

inside a SDL application I wanted to query which mouse
sends a button-press-event (using 3 usb mouses under Linux).

I had a look inside the SDL sources and it looks like
this is not supported (but there is an unused  / or may
be used by win32 "which" field in the mouse button structure).

Will be there support for this in the next release - some
one working on it? Is it possible to do this with the
XInput extensions / sample code available!???
