[SDL] possible bug? mouse motion event

in this case no, i isolated it down so that it's in mouse look mode with a
key to turn on the cursor and a key to turn off the cursor. super simple and
yet when the cursor is toggled it gives a jerk next time i move the mouse at
all.
wierd huh? :P
