[SDL] sdl & opengl slow ?

Hi

i´ve  make a little lib to use opengl for 2d. 
it´s working well, but here is the problem :

if i make a test program the opengl mode is slower than the software mode.

what did I make wrong ?

PS: the lib is under GPL and you can download it opensl.sourceforge.net

please help me.
