[SDL] SDLDoc maintainer -- Sam please read

I have looked quickly, i find this rather cool. I like the idea of the 
Wiki. It could permit to people to add doc more easily. Like new faq or 
link to classical tutorials. In fact the examples data base could also 
grow more quickly.
