[SDL] How to transfer a picture from SDL to QT

Hello,
 I'm developing an application with QT. I would like to use SDL to grab video 
pictures but rather than displaying the pictures in the SDL window I would 
like to display the pictures in my widget (QLabel). I'm a beginner with SDL.
