[SDL] lcc

Practically what i am tring to do is to build the sdl libwith the lcc-win32
compiler. So the thig is i would need to know what files are needed.

I am not tring to build the dll, but the .lib files. I tried to do it
with the import of lcc, but it bugs and does not work right.

I you need any more presicion, please tell.
