[SDL] BFont - Looking for Fonts

I'm using BFont, and got it to work fine with the sample fonts. I also
checked out the SFont page. However, I noticed that all the sample fonts
are too big for my purposes. All the sample fonts are at least 14-point,
and all the white fonts are at least 24-point. I need a white font so that
I can change the color at runtime. I'm looking for a 6-point, 8-point,
10-point, and 12-point font.
I tried downloading BFontMaker 0.0.1 from the BFont page, but the link was
broken. Does anyone out there have a copy of BFontMaker 0.0.1? That looks
like the simplest method of creating a BFont-compatible font.
I looked at other methods of creating a font, but it looks like I have to
compile several different packages in order to be able to create my own
BFont-compatible font. There doesn't appear to be a simple binary that I
can download.
