[SDL] SDL_FULLSCREEN and system("") call

I run SDL App in SDL_FULLSCREEN mode and want to run other GTK app via system call.
And GTK app can't get display and display focus remains in SDL app, though GTK app is launched.

If I disable full screen mode everything works ok .
