[SDL] How do you submit a project to the SDL homepage?

Hey all,

Me and a grupe of developers recently compleated an alpha of a fully 
fetured Sprite Animation engine for SDL. I was wondering were I go about 
sumitting the project so that it would be fetured on the home page.
