If you happen to run into Germans with questions about SDL, send them to 
http://www.resourcecode.de/
It's not a strictly SDL-related, but it's got the largest collection of 
German SDL tutorials I know of, and SDL-related answers on the forums are 
practically guarantueed to get an answer.

I think I posted the link on this list before, but apparently it got lost, 
because it's not linked from www.libsdl.org
