[SDL] SDL & winCE

Hello,

I've managed to compile SDL.dll, SDL.lib and SDLmain.lib  for WinCE using the project found in the CVS but the simple test application I've written simply does not launch.

I am using EVC 3.0 and the projects file were for EVC 4.0 (I don't know if this is a problem)
I've encountered difficulties to compile SDL, lot of headers were not found, also #define USE_GETTICKCOUNT and #define USE_SETTIMER were commented.

I there anybody who can send me a correct SDL.dll file (for Ipaq/ARM) or example files.
