Ah, I got it. No wonder when SDL surfaces are used in conjuction
with glOrtho(0, w, h, 0, -1.0, 1.0), all coordinates are in the
same order as in upperleft origin view. I was wrong in thinking
glOrtho() even flips the texture coordinates, my bad...
