[SDL] Announcing SDL 1.2.5a (Windows only)

SDL 1.2.5a binaries for Windows have been added to the download page:
http://www.libsdl.org/download.php

They contain the following changes:
 * Fixed building SDL timer code on Windows CE
 * Fixed source coordinates for blits from hardware surfaces
 * Forgot to set the Win32 DLL version to 1.2.5

You can get the source changes from CVS, if you're interested.
