Sadly, It is true - a big number of users just never read any docs, 
yet expect to be helped. Being list admin for various lists where we 
get FAQs sent to the list despite having a well-maintained FAQ, which 
is accesbile directly from the front page of our web site, whose URL 
is sent to everybody joining the list, people just don't read it.
Quite tiresome, but face it, that's reality.
