Hi.  I have a windowed program and when it starts I want it to be maximized.
Is there anyway to send a maximize event to SDL?

Also, if I maximize my program I get SDL_VIDEORESIZE event.  If I press the
maximize button again (restore the window) I don't get this event.  This is
on Windows 98 SE in case that matters.
